Mr. Chung’s responsibilities include overseeing origination of deals, deal structuring and asset management. He has 25 years of real estate experience in Japan and APAC across the spectrum of asset classes. His work experience in Japan includes a decade long tenure at both Goldman Sachs, and most recently as the Head of APAC asset management for Heitman.

Mr. Rigby is a Director of HJ Asset Management and the co-founder of Housing Japan. His responsibilities include: the implementation of new business and investment strategies. Mr. Rigby has previously worked at Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Dillon Read Capital Management.

Ms. Uchida is responsible for overseeing all asset management activities. With over 17 years of real estate experience in Japan and the APAC region, she has worked across a wide range of asset types, including residential, office, retail, industrial, self-storage, and hotels. Her expertise comes from roles at Goldman Sachs, CapitaLand, and Heitman, where she managed direct real estate investments and a pan-Asia fund.
